Land isn't the right fit for every investor. Here's the honest version of why buyers choose it, and what it doesn't do.
A U.S. land purchase gives the buyer exposure to a real asset priced and settled in U.S. dollars, independent of how any single Indian asset class performs.
U.S. property records can generally be independently reviewed, and title searches and title insurance are commonly used in real-estate closings. That means ownership history and any liens on a parcel can typically be checked before you sign, a level of transparency that isn't always available in every real estate market.
A rental property comes with tenants, repairs, vacancies, and a property manager you're trusting from a distance. Raw land removes almost all of that. There's nothing to lease, nothing to fix, and no tenant relationship to manage remotely. Property tax is typically the only recurring obligation.
We'd rather you go in with clear eyes than a rosy pitch.
Land generally moves slower than stocks or even a house, so plan for a multi-year horizon. When you're ready to sell, come back to us and we can help coordinate the resale process and next steps.
Unlike a rental property, raw land produces no cash flow while you hold it. The case for owning it is appreciation and diversification, not yield.
Local growth, infrastructure, and zoning decisions all move land values, in either direction. We show you comparable sales and market context, not a promised outcome.
Property tax applies every year you hold the parcel, whether or not it's appreciating.
Investors with a multi-year horizon, comfort holding a portion of their portfolio outside India, and no need for near-term income from the asset. If that doesn't describe your situation, land may not be the right tool right now, and we'd rather tell you that upfront.
Talk it through with us. No pressure, no obligation to move forward.
